Lisa has spent her life at the front of a band for 22 consecutive years. She was lead singer of B Natural, the house band aboard San Diego’s Bahia Belle, and she went on to front Cougar and the Snaxx until the pandemic brought live music to a halt. She has played Gator By The Bay fo eleven years running-most recently with Social Remedy’s Kim Frost, and as Box Girl. She has turned a cardboard box and a pair of drum brushes int a full percussion section. When she isn’t performing, she teaches voice , piano, ukulele, an drums in Fallbrook

Jim Buck, a native New Yorker transplanted to San Diego half a lifetime ago, rocks it on the electric guitar. He has played in classic rock and pop bands and has been known to drift into heavy metal and hard punk from time to time. He started on violin, got into piano and then picked up the guitar after falling in love with the 80’s hair metal

Kimberly has been playing music and singing since she was 10. Piano/Keyboard and guitar are her main instruments, but also plays ukulele and dabbles with the harmonica. She started the High Strung Band in 2012 and had been a member of several bands since. You can also catch her on Gigtown.com

Mark Sarno is a multi talented drummer, percussionist, keyboardist and composer. In the many years of his career, he has played in Jazz, Fusion, Rock, Progressive Rock, New Wave, and Motown bands. He founded his own record label in 1995 and produced 3 solo albums while contributing to sessions for multiple artsilst. Mark has worked with Grammy Award recipients and local artists for decades, is a sub of first call, and today contributes his solid groove to Social Remedy
